Chengdu Dorher Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. ("Dorher") was founded in March 2017 in Wenjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, P.R. China, by Mr. Genghui Wei, who previously held a senior position at a renowned domestic CRO company. The company team consists of over 130 people, primarily divided into the R&D team (over 90 people) and the production team (over 30 people).
Dorher has been recognized as: State-level High-tech Enterprise; "Gazelle Enterprise of Wenjiang District" (2021); Specialized, Refined and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of Sichuan Province (2022); "Chengdu Enterprise Technology Center" and "Double-Hundred-Project Enterprise" (2024); Sichuan Gazelle Enterprise; and "Difficult Pharmaceutical Intermediates Process Development and Technical Service Platform" awarded by Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-city. In terms of Quality Management System, Dorher has been certified to ISO 9001 since September 2023.
The R&D center covers nearly 5,000 m², equipped with 70 fume hoods, high-pressure reactors and ultra-low temperature reactors, enabling a wide range of process conditions from grams to hundreds of kilograms. The QC lab is equipped with 20+ HPLC, 6 GC, ELSD, automatic moisture titrators and polarimeters. The Deyang pilot base (1,500 m²) features 3 flow chemistry units, 20 × 100L high/low-temperature reactors and ultra-low temperature reactors. The commercial production base in Qujing (Yunnan) is equipped with 21 reactors of 1,000-5,000 L, supporting production from tens of kilograms to metric tons.
Through 8+ years of practice, Dorher has built stable partnerships with renowned domestic and international pharmaceutical companies and CRO/CDMOs. Currently, the company has completed process development for multiple generic drug core fragments now in production, as well as process development and manufacturing of key fragments for drugs in clinical Phase I-III.
Dorher has independently developed a number of unique technologies that not only solved customers' problems but also addressed synthesis pain points of certain compound classes. The company holds 14+ invention patents and 32+ utility model patents.
